MamaYoga is now offering Gravid Yoga in English!
In this course we offer yoga adapted to the pregnant body from week 13 until birth. Yoga can have a powerful impact on a pregnant woman’s health, well-being, confidence and postpartum recovery.
Our approach to prenatal yoga gives pregnant women the opportunity to safely remain active and relaxed throughout the pregnancy.
Learning to link breath and body awareness to movement greatly increases the ability for women to work with their bodies, increasing the likelihood of a more natural and joyous birth experience.
This course also includes more specific birth preparation and the last Monday will include a normal prenatal yoga class at 16.15-17.45 and then a 'Partnertime' at 18.00-19.30 where your partner can participate and learn how to assist you during birth.
